MECHANICS BANK

TI Builders partnered with Mechanics Bank to construct a ground-up branch located within a newly developed commercial area. This project included the installation of full vault infrastructure to meet the bank’s security requirements. At the client’s request, the building was designed with a unique Old Western-style façade, blending modern banking needs with a distinctive architectural aesthetic.

Recognized by Forbes as one of America’s best banks for growth, credit quality, and profitability, Mechanics Bank ranked 32nd among the nation’s 100 largest publicly traded banks in the 13th annual report released on February 3, 2022.
