This tenant improvement project for Lennox included the demolition of existing offices, flooring, and racking to make way for a more functional and modern layout. The office areas were refreshed with new paint, updated doors and frames, and improved utilities, including a new utility sink and drinking fountain.

To meet Lennox’s specific operational needs, a dedicated charger station outlet was installed along with two power poles in the showroom and office areas, enhancing flexibility for equipment and displays.

These upgrades support a cleaner, more efficient workspace aligned with Lennox’s performance and operational standards.
