We completed the construction of a 2,000 sq. ft. office within a newly built shell warehouse, designed to support efficient operations and workflow. The project included the installation of four overhead dock doors equipped with edge-of-dock or pit-style levelers, enhancing loading and unloading capabilities. A 210-linear-foot demising wall was also built to define and secure the designated operational space.
