With less than five months to relocate a manufacturing operation, TI Builders delivered a fast-track design-build solution for a new facility in Lebanon, Tennessee. The project transformed a first-generation warehouse shell into a fully operational manufacturing space, including a 5,600 SF 28’ tall production room, office build-out, new 600A electrical service, fire protection upgrades, and a 14x14 drive-in door with 50’ concrete ramp. Through rapid design, expedited permitting, and close coordination with all parties, TI Builders kept the project ahead of schedule, enabling early equipment installation and ensuring the facility would be operational before the tenant's required move out of their old facility.
