TI Builders worked closely with LRC Properties to develop the program and scope of work, delivering a design/build transformation of a sprawling industrial campus that had been developed in multiple phases over many years. The project included the removal of three building sections and extensive sitework, enabling the dock position count to increase from 14 to 29.
The result is a best-in-class facility delivered under budget—fully refurbished to meet today’s tenant needs—and featuring two spec office suites for immediate occupancy.
