Berendsen, a leading manufacturer of high-pressure hydraulic lines, partnered with our team for a complete renovation of their new 2,000-square-foot office and 8,000-square-foot warehouse facility.

The project included a full mechanical and interior upgrade to support their expanding operations. We installed a new rooftop unit (RTU) and added insulation to improve energy efficiency and climate control throughout the space. To seamlessly connect the expanded office to the warehouse, we added two new man doors and installed a 4' x 5' window to enhance visibility and natural light.

Inside the office, we refreshed the entire interior with new carpet tiles and a full repaint, creating a clean and modern work environment. The bathroom and shower areas were fully demolished and renovated, featuring new flooring and a T-Bar ceiling system for a durable, updated finish.

The result is a functional, efficient, and professionally updated facility designed to support Berendsen’s continued growth and day-to-day operations
