TI Builders is proud to be the selected General Contractor for the Clinical Pathology Labs project located on Medical Parkway in Lakeway, Texas. This venture, sourced through Equity Program Management, showcases our commitment to excellence in delivering specialized construction solutions for the healthcare sector.
The project encompasses the build-out of a 2,350 square foot 1st generation space on the first floor of a partially occupied Class A medical office building. Our team is dedicated to creating a state-of-the-art facility for Clinical Pathology Labs, ensuring it meets the highest standards for functionality, aesthetics, and compliance.
The Clinical Pathology Labs project includes the construction of multiple blood draw and exam rooms. These spaces are designed to meet stringent industry standards, providing a comfortable and efficient environment for both staff and patients.
