HARPETH ENDODONTICS

TI Builders transformed a former physical therapy office into a modern endodontics dental practice through a full tenant improvement build-out. The conversion required extensive infrastructure upgrades, including coring over 70 holes in the existing slab to install new plumbing, electrical, and MedGas systems.

The renovated space now features five fully equipped exam rooms, a dedicated sterilization room, and three restrooms—one of which is private and ADA-compliant. This project showcases our ability to deliver complex medical conversions with precision and attention to specialized requirements.
