SCHOOLS FIRST CREDIT UNION

For this tenant improvement project, TI Builders modernized SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union’s downtown Sacramento office while maintaining full daytime operations. All construction was carefully scheduled and completed during off-hours to ensure uninterrupted service for staff and members.

The scope of work included comprehensive upgrades throughout the space, including demolition of existing partitions, construction of new walls, the addition of two new restrooms, and a dedicated network room. The project also involved associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) improvements, resulting in a refreshed, functional, and efficient environment tailored to the client’s operational needs.
