TI Builders upgraded SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union’s downtown Sacramento office through a comprehensive tenant improvement designed to enhance functionality and modernize the workspace without disrupting daily operations. By carefully scheduling all construction during off-hours, TI Builders ensured uninterrupted service for staff and members throughout the renovation.
The project included demolition and reconfiguration of existing partitions, construction of new walls, two additional restrooms, a dedicated network room, and extensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) upgrades. The result is a refreshed, efficient workspace tailored to the credit union’s operational needs while allowing the client to maintain uninterrupted daily operations and continue serving its members throughout construction.
