TI Builders transformed an empty shell space into a fully operational retail learning center for Code Ninjas, completing the design, permitting, and construction of both landlord shell work and the interior build-out in just 2.5 months.

Through strategic design and construction coordination, TI Builders avoided unnecessary ceiling demolition, saving the client an estimated $20,000–$40,000 in Title 24 compliance costs. The finished space features a walk-in cooler, complete FF&E installation, and a layout tailored to the franchise’s unique educational and operational needs.
