EC BARTON

TI Builders was selected to renovate a 26,000 SF existing retail space—originally featuring back-of-house storage and loading docks—into a new location for EC Barton. The project involved full interior demolition and reconfiguration of the layout to meet EC Barton’s operational requirements.

Scope of work included HVAC service and maintenance, installation of polished concrete floors, complete restroom refurbishment, and upgrades to the fire alarm and sprinkler systems. The renovation also featured new energy-efficient LED lighting throughout the sales floor, improved truck dock drainage and maintenance, and structural steel reinforcement at an existing opening.
