ACE HARDWARE

This project marks TI Builders’ second successful collaboration with Ace Hardware, building on a strong and trusted partnership. Our team expanded the existing warehouse to increase operational capacity while completely demolishing and renovating the office area to create a modern, efficient workspace. Improvements include two new restrooms, a dedicated conference room, upgraded employee kitchen facilities, and extensive MEP modifications to support the expanded and reconfigured space. Together, these upgrades enhance functionality, workflow, and employee comfort while supporting Ace Hardware’s ongoing operational and growth needs.
