REFINE VEIN CENTER

This Design/Build project delivered a first-time medical office tenant buildout in Franklin, Tennessee. The layout includes six patient rooms, a central nursing station, two restrooms, a break room, two private offices, and a dedicated meeting room. The scope of work encompassed underground and slab-on-grade construction, new framing and demising walls, interior finishes and glass, complete MEP equipment and infrastructure, as well as fire sprinkler and alarm systems to support a fully operational medical facility.
