USDA - FOLSOM

TI Builders completed a highly specialized milk testing laboratory—the first of five projects delivered nationwide for the USDA. Designed by Western Contract, this facility was engineered to meet stringent safety and durability requirements for handling highly flammable and corrosive substances.

The lab features explosion-resistant rooms, corrosion-resistant materials, and a walk-in cooler for secure sample storage. This project demonstrates TI Builders’ expertise in delivering complex, compliance-driven facilities for federal and scientific use.
