PHO MPH 

This project involved the completion and transformation of a previously paused restaurant buildout into a fully realized dining experience. Custom-built butcher block countertop crafted by TI creates a seamless separation between the back of house and dining area. The existing cook line hood was expanded by 12 feet, incorporating additional makeup air and exhaust capacity to support increased kitchen operations. New wood plank flooring was installed throughout the dining room, bringing warmth and durability to the space. The project also completed and revitalized a build that had been started and shut down during the COVID period.

This marks the third Pho MPH location for owners Tahn and Dani in the Austin, Texas area. In addition to their Texas presence, they operate several locations in Colorado, their home state. Pho MPH is a restaurant concept specializing in Vietnamese and other Asian cuisines.
