TI Builders completed this Pearle Vision build-out on an accelerated schedule—finishing ahead of the building’s shell final inspection to keep the client’s timeline on track. The space includes six exam rooms, a retail showroom showcasing the latest designer eyewear, and an on-site lens grinding lab to support efficient, high-quality service.

Led by optometrist Tuan Huynh, this location is the first of five planned Pearle Vision centers serving neighborhoods throughout the greater Austin area. With a legacy dating back to 1961, Pearle Vision continues to provide trusted eye care and state-of-the-art lenses in a welcoming, modern environment.
