This completed design-build project transformed an outdated shopping center into a vibrant, modern retail destination. The TI Builders team worked closely with both the landlord and tenant to create an efficient, visually appealing layout tailored to modern retail operations. The scope of work included complex MEP coordination, updated flooring, and upgraded lighting systems designed to properly illuminate today’s retail displays. Contemporary finishes and materials were incorporated throughout, delivering a fresh, updated look that enhances the overall shopping experience.

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is an American chain of retail stores offering a wide range of discounted products, including housewares, food, books, toys, electronics, and clothing. Founded in 1982, the company has grown to more than 300 locations across the United States.
