MERRY HILL SCHOOL

TI Builders completed a full tenant improvement project for Merry Hill School, part of the Spring Education Group—a network of over 230 private schools serving students from infancy through 12th grade across the U.S. and internationally.

The renovation included a completely new layout with updated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) systems, all-new interior finishes, and energy-efficient LED lighting. A new air handler and ductwork were also installed to improve indoor air quality and comfort. Additionally, the project included the creation of a fully compliant path of travel to meet current accessibility standards.
