ACRES VETERINARY CLINIC

This project involved the transformation of a 2,400-square-foot first-floor space—originally designed for medical use—into a fully equipped veterinary clinic. As a first-time buildout for a veterinary practice, the scope included installation of an X-ray suite, medical gas systems for the surgical suite, as well as dental and wet tables. Structural modifications were required to support the updated layout and specialized equipment. The result is a modern, functional, and patient-friendly veterinary facility designed to meet the highest standards of animal care. Acres Veterinary Clinic, located in Smyrna, TN, aims to be a trusted partner in lifelong health and wellness for pets across Middle Tennessee. Led by Dr. Clint Martin, who began working with animals at the age of 16, the clinic is built on a foundation of compassion, personal connection, and high-quality veterinary medicine. Acres Veterinary Clinic proudly serves families in Smyrna, Murfreesboro, La Vergne, Antioch, Williamsburg, Nolensville, and surrounding communities.
