LITTLE WHALE SWIM SCHOOL

What was once a 1960s-era bank in Sacramento has been completely reimagined into a vibrant indoor swimming school for children. This one-of-a-kind renovation included converting the original bank vault into a fun and functional changing room, along with the construction of a brand-new indoor pool designed specifically for young swimmers.

The project was proudly awarded Real Estate Project of the Year in the Adaptive Reuse – Retail category by the Sacramento Business Journal, a testament to the creativity, innovation, and care that went into every detail of the build.
