LA PETITE BALEEN SWIM SCHOOL

This tenant improvement project transformed a former multi-tenant building into a fully customized, single-tenant facility for a swim school. The exterior scope included targeted upgrades such as refreshed storefronts, new access doors, and compliant door landings to meet tenant and code requirements.

Inside, the space was completely reimagined. All existing walls, ceilings, and plumbing fixtures were removed, with select electrical components salvaged for reuse. The new build-out features welcoming offices and reception areas, changing rooms, restrooms, and shower facilities, along with a dedicated pool, viewing area, breakroom, pool equipment rooms, and storage spaces.

Comprehensive new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems were installed to support the modern layout and the specialized operational needs of the swim school.
