After receiving design approval in early May, our team completed design, permitting, and construction in time for an August opening. We transformed a cold, dark shell space into a bright, fully built-out eight-chair practice. The project also included reconfiguring the common area restroom layout to add a required exit, meeting Fire Marshal requirements and ensuring full code compliance. This project showcases our expertise in delivering a full-service design-build solution for a contemporary dental office. From concept to completion, we focused on creating a clean, modern, and welcoming environment that balances aesthetics with functionality.
