I HEART MAC AND CHEESE

TI Builders was selected to deliver a first-generation tenant improvement project for I Heart Mac & Cheese, a fast-growing fast-casual restaurant brand known for its customizable, made-to-order macaroni and cheese bowls, grilled cheese sandwiches, and health-conscious options — including quinoa, broccoli, cauliflower, vegan cheese, and plant-based proteins.

The project began with a concrete slab within an existing building shell, requiring full interior construction to bring the concept to life. The scope included complete electrical, plumbing, and mechanical modifications, along with the installation of all interior partitions, finishes, and kitchen equipment.

This build did not include structural work or storefront modifications, and the pre-existing exterior signage was retained.
