TI Builders partnered with Guardian Fire to transform this space into a streamlined, functional, and modern environment. The project included the construction of 10,400 square feet of new office space within a 35,500-square-foot warehouse. This was made possible by the demolition of 80,000 square feet of outdated, two-story office structures, previously used by another client — allowing for a fresh layout tailored to Guardian Fire’s needs.
