TI Builders delivered a full turnkey project for Code Ninjas, transforming a cold, dark shell into a fully operational retail learning center. Our scope included both landlord shell work and complete interior build-out—executed efficiently from initial design through permitting and construction in just 2.5 months.

By strategically coordinating design and construction, we avoided costly ceiling demolition—saving the client an estimated $20,000 to $40,000 in Title 24 compliance costs. The space features a walk-in cooler, complete FF&E installation, and a layout tailored to the franchise’s unique programming needs.

Code Ninjas is a national franchise offering flexible, year-round after-school coding education for children ages 5–14. Their game-based curriculum teaches coding, robotics, and problem-solving in a fun, engaging environment—perfectly supported by this thoughtfully built-out space.
