BUREAU OF AUTO REPAIR 

Working closely with the state of California Department of General Services, DGS and the bureau of automotive repair BAR, TI Builders turned a 10k SF vacant church and day care facility into class A office space and fully functional automotive repair and inspection shop including a 1200 SF training room.

The entire facility was built to the State of California’s specifications and standards. The garage area includes restrooms with ADA accessible shower, three eyewash stations, three out-of-ground lifts, air, water, and electrical reels to six locations. The entire building featured excellent lighting, which pairs well with the epoxy flooring.

This project evolved considerably during construction to accommodate customer additions and revisions nearly doubling the initial scope
