AVERITT OFFICE EXPANSION

TI Builders completed a major reconfiguration project for Averitt, a trusted leader in supply chain and logistics since 1971. The scope included the demolition of 80,000 SF of existing office space across two stories, as well as the removal of a 35,000 SF structural mezzanine to convert the area into functional warehouse space.

Following demolition, TI Builders constructed a new 4,000 SF office to support Averitt’s operations within the adjacent warehouse. This project reflects our ability to deliver large-scale industrial transformations tailored to the evolving needs of national logistics providers.
