PUFFY COTTON CANDY

TI Builders remodeled an existing space within the Cool Springs Galleria. Scope of work for this project included: new mechanical VAV's and ductwork system, rework of plumbing to include fixtures for both the tenants' needs and health requirements, new lighting and controls, power to tenant's equipment, upgrade to sprinkler system and control valve per the City of Franklin requirements, new acoustical ceiling, wall repairs, new millwork, paint, casework and repairs to existing storefront with tenant signage.
