As a commercial design-build firm, we managed the design, engineering, permitting and the conditional use permit (CUP) for this project. With strict inspections and dates that must be met, our team and partners were exact and proactive to get the job done. TI Builders has a strong attention to detail and the expertise to get through all aspects of the design build process from concept to completion.

Complete tenant improvement project

Re-purposed the existing building, including seismic upgrades
Relocated existing tenant within building and kept live during service upgrades
Radius corridors known as
"Wander Loop," designed specifically for patients
Upgraded utilities including upsizing switchgear, sanitary sewer in building, and new gas service
Updated the site to current shade and lighting requirements
Energy updates including storefront glass & glazing, lighting,
new HVAC units and controls
New tower features from footings to clerestory glazing
