This 50,000 SF tenant improvement transformed an existing outdated and dilapidated supermarket into a beautiful new retail space. The project included expanding into an adjacent space for additional square footage; the scope of work also included adding underground plumbing for two new multi-use restrooms and enhancing the loading dock by widening and heightening the existing doors. We cut the front slab to install self-leveling dock levelers, involving significant concrete work. To create more space to add another loading dock, we demolished 20 feet of CMU walls. 5th & Broadway Nashville, Tennessee TI Builders has been actively involved in projects at 5th and Broadway for more than two years, focusing on a range of tasks such as working for the developer and different tenants. The scope of work encompasses shell spaces, storefronts, Le Macaron, and R&R tile installations at the retail atriums.

EC Barton New Bedford, Massachusetts This 26,000 SF retail space was recently improved to create a new retail area at EC Barton's newest location, complete with back-of-house storage and loading docks. The project involved demolition, space reconfiguration to meet EC Barton's specifications, HVAC servicing, maintenance, polished concrete floor installation, restroom refurbishment, fire alarm and sprinkler system upgrades, installation of new sales floor, LED lighting, truck dock drainage improvements, and reinforcing structural steel at the existing opening.
