Older building with full tenant improvement/build out. Includes construction of new non-bearing interior partitions, new doors, new windows, suspended acoustical ceilings, and new finishes throughout to reflect the new configuration based on the tenant requirements.

The work also includes electrical, mechanical, and plumbing for the new tenant use.

Site work to include; reconfiguration of the accessible parking stalls and entry ramp, and new accessible path to and from the public right-of-way.
