This first-generation tenant improvement project is being developed from the ground up within the Kenect Coworking/Living building, blending modern design with functional retail space. Working closely with ownership, we’re crafting a space that complements the energy and lifestyle of the Kenect brand — a place where bold, independent individuals live, work, sweat, and socialize in the heart of the city.
