This facility underwent a comprehensive renovation to improve operational efficiency and meet enhanced safety and environmental standards. Key upgrades included a significant reconfiguration of the manufacturing layout to optimize process flow and productivity. To ensure a controlled climate across the expanded production area, nine new 25-ton HVAC units were installed, conditioning over 30,000 square feet of manufacturing space.

To comply with FM Global fire protection standards, the roof and rack sprinkler systems were upgraded to Early Suppression Fast Response (ELO) sprinklers. The project also included the modification and addition of storage racking systems to support increased capacity. Additionally, 8,000 square feet of office space was fully renovated to modernize administrative functions and improve workplace comfort.
