This light-restaurant and wine bar project in Georgetown, Texas is located in the Summit at Rivery Development on the street-level. Our team provided all pre-construction support through to the finish-out of the suite. Scope included providing an additional exit door along the back wall of the building, a "C" shaped bar made with wood detailing, a small commercial kitchen, two restrooms, and a reception area.

This was the first business our clients had opened together through their partnership.
