This is second restaurant in same center for this owner with number three on the books for future build. Menu inspiration for this restaurant and previous build out of luxury steak house developed from chefs from the Hell’s Kitchen background. Our first build with them was The Butcher’s Cellar, a successful steak restaurant serving proprietary beef from local ranch.
