Code Ninjas is a national franchise company that provides flexible, year-round, after school coding education for children ages 5 -14. These programs teach coding, robotics, problem-solving, and more through a game-based curriculum in a highly fun, supportive, and social, educational environment.

Like most Design/Build projects this Build-Out provided a very interesting challenge. The demolition and construction of the drop ceiling could cost anywhere from to $20,000 – $40,000 given Title 24 requirements, etc. Our Design Team contacted the Code Ninjas’ Compliance Team to discuss the option of keeping the drop ceiling at 9 feet to save the Franchisee considerable money. The Compliance Team was willing to accept the 9 foot drop ceiling along with other minor modifications. TI BUILDERS is presently in the process of building a second location in Folsom for the same owners.
