THE BUTCHER'S CELLAR

The Butcher's Cellar is a boutique steakhouse situated in Woodway, TX, known for its high-end dining experience. We undertook this project as a design-build initiative, which involved securing contracts with both property owners for the shell design and a restaurateur for the interior finish out. The restaurant occupies a 5,500-square foot shell building, which includes a 1,270-square foot covered patio seating area overlooking the amphitheater. Our work also entailed tying into existing shopping centers' utilities, installing a new grease waste station, and reconfiguring the existing parking lot for new services.
