Butcher’s Cellar is a high-end boutique steakhouse building in Woodway, TX.  We contracted this project as a design-build project and secured contracts with property owners for the shell design and the end restauranter for the interior finish out.  The restaurant boasts a 5,500sf shell building with 1,270sf covered patio seating overlooking the amphitheater.  Includes tying into existing shopping centers existing utilities, new grease waste station, and reconfiguring of existing parking lot for new services.
