ACE HARDWARE

This is the second project TI Builders has completed in partnership with Ace Hardware, continuing a trusted and collaborative relationship. The scope of work includes a significant expansion of the existing warehouse to improve operational capacity, along with a full demolition and renovation of the office area to create a modern, efficient workspace. The project also features the addition of two new restrooms and a dedicated conference room, upgraded kitchen facilities for employee use, and extensive MEP modifications to support the expanded and reconfigured space. Together, these improvements enhance functionality, workflow, and comfort while aligning the facility with Ace Hardware’s operational and growth needs.
