ACE HARDWARE

TI Builders is leading a major HVAC upgrade at Ace Hardware’s 1,000,000 sq. ft. distribution warehouse in Rocklin, CA. The project includes the addition of approximately 960 tons of air conditioning to improve climate control across the expansive facility. To support the increased capacity, we’re also upgrading the building’s electrical service and implementing a full Building Management Control System to optimize energy efficiency and operational performance.
