Build 2-acre parking lot on bare dirt, including design, utilities, and construction. 

Tenant improvement of vandalized industrial bldg. for office, service, and warehouse. Build new loading dock in rail spur and restore 2500amp 480v electrical service.  
Parking lot: New outdoor vehicle storage lot for service vehicles only, fenced with site illumination, two motorized gates with access from existing driveway. Lot for employees to park and work within the main building. Scope on project was doubled halfway through the project with additional modifications.
