WAREHOUSE SHELL SPACE 

We completed a major redevelopment at 2 Dell Way, transforming the site into a hub of industrial activity. This phase involved the demolition of 80,000 SF of two-story office space and a 35,000 SF structural mezzanine, creating expansive new warehouse space to meet growing demand.

A 4,000 SF office was also constructed to support operations for an adjacent existing warehouse, and we were excited to welcome a new customer to the site as part of this transformation.

As part of the larger development, a 120,000 SF tilt-up building (by others) was also delivered and is now available for lease, adding further opportunity to this prime industrial location.

In total, we converted 80,000 SF of former office space into warehouse, reinforcing 2 Dell Way as a dynamic, high-capacity destination for modern industrial users.
